The Good Hotel Guide’s London Hotel of The Year 2012, World's Best New Cocktail Bar at the World Cocktail Awards in New Orleans and Best Place to Drink in the recent Observer Food Monthly Awards. Yes, 2012 has been a great year for The Zetter Townhouse.

Located just across the cobbles of St John’s Square from the original Zetter Hotel, the 13 bedroom Georgian townhouse and cocktail lounge is dubbed the private home of the hotel’s eccentric aunt. With interiors by Russell Sage, each room is completely unique, featuring bold heritage shades and eclectic antique pieces.

There are two spectacular suites, 11 bedrooms, a games room (with a full size table tennis table) and two opulent private dining rooms catered by acclaimed chef Bruno Loubet – and super popular for dinners, parties and photo shoots alike.

The ground floor cocktail lounge is a collaboration between The Zetter, Loubet and Tony Conigliaro of 69 Colebrooke Row. Packed with oddities and curios, and with an open fire crackling in the grate, it’s just as suited to a lazy afternoon tea as it is a night of revelry. Old recipes for tinctures, bitters and herbal remedies have inspired both the cocktails and also the homemade cordials and infusions sitting behind the apothecary style counter. Loubet has created a menu of delicious bites and supper bowls that are easy to share and enjoy in both the lounge or in the comfort of your own room.

And now, from a mere £10,000, you can actually hire The Zetter Townhouse exclusively – that’s all 13 bedrooms, two private dining rooms, award winning cocktail lounge, breakfast, staff and the keys to the front door! The Zetter Hotel and Townhouse are independently owned by Mark Sainsbury and Michael Benyan.
