Next month, Voodoo Ray’s is making a pretty big leap, they’re making the jump from north of the river, all the way down south to Peckham. Why? To open their fourth site.
It’s going to be their biggest shop yet with around 80 covers and with it comes their NYC-inspired pizzas which are pretty giant in pizza terms coming in at 22”. You can get it by the slice too, but impressive if you can find your inner Bruce Bogtrotter and eat it all – they do have names such as Porky’s and King Tubby so you might as well give it a go.
As well as giant slices of pizza they’re going to expand their bar and have a brand-new cocktail menu which will include a house Negroni for just £4.50 and an extensive list of draught and bottled beers. It’ll also be the first Voodoo Ray’s to offer a menu especially for brunch, as well as classic dishes liked baked eggs, you will also be able to get breakfast pizza – no longer will you have to curb your hangover with your cold drunken pizza. Result.
Voodoo Ray’s Peckham: Opens September 2017, 285 Rye Lane, Peckham, SE15 4UR www.voodoorays.com
