Adam Rawson, the YBFs Chef of the Year 2015 is launching his first extended kitchen residency, at The George & Dragon, Fitzrovia. The pub takeover will see Rawson’s ‘Global Traveller’ burgers being served, including the Peruvian pan con chicharron, Moroccan-themed aubergine zealous which will rotate each month to showcase a different country’s culinary heritage. Bar snacks and a selection of beers also available. Midday-10pm, Monday – Friday until the end of February.
