Aquavit is launching a monthly masterclass to celebrate the drink of the same name. The classes will guide guests though the history of the drink as well as distilling process and flavours, led by aquavit expert and brand ambassador for Amathus, Jon Anders Fjeldrud. Executive Chef Henrik Ritzén will prepare a small smorgasbord tasting for guests. Classes will take place on Monday 24th April, 8th May and 5th June, with more dates to follow.
