Vegetarians in the capital are in luck this Autumn, as Berlin’s answer to veggie fine-dining Cookies Cream comes to London. Cookies Cream will be hitting Hyde Park restaurant The Magazine this October, for a pioneering kitchen collaboration in a stunning venue. The collaboration is part of Cookies Cream’s tenth birthday celebration, which has seen them embark on an ambitious European gastronomic tour, joining with Ibiza and Zürich venues before arriving in London. The Magazine Restaurant, a stunning piece of design by Zaha Hadid, will provide the perfect backdrop for the innovative vegetarian cooking of ‘Cookie’ Heinz Gindulis and Chef Stephan Hentschel, who will be creating a fine-dining experience based on high-quality sourcing and sustainable farming across all four courses. Guests will also enjoy a delicious welcome cocktail, and the dinner will be expertly paired with natural, organic and biodynamic wines.
