Brother Marcus, Balham restaurant founded by school friends Alex, Arthur and Tasos, host Sam Stern as part of their supper club series. Sam Stern began his culinary career aged 14 with the publication of his first book Cooking Up a Storm. He has since released a further 6 books, and has garnered a great following on Instagram. He’ll be creating dishes inspired by his northern upbringing.
