Chef Nuno Mendes creates a menu centered around the culinary depths of his native Portuguese cuisine, and exploring its influence around the world. From the tables of Taberna, Nuno will explore the unique relationship between Portuguese and Goan cuisine. Guests can expect an array of fragrant and spicy dishes including stuffed poppadum’s, roasted coconut and the original Portuguese version of Pork Vindaloo. Sommelier Ieva Markaityte will also draw upon Taberna’s extensive list of independent Portuguese wines to craft wine pairing flights.
