Stevie Parle’s Craft London will host a feast for St. Andrew’s Day to celebrate the start of festive season. Head Chef Ana Cortes Garcia and the team will welcome guests to a five-course menu that will feature an array of Scottish-inspired dishes including hay-baked celeriac tart; mallard with red currant, parfait, pine & game gravy; and an oat pudding spiked with whisky prunes.
