Renowned chef Ollie Dabbous is co-hosting a supper club with Diego Cardoso of Percy & Founders. The exclusive is made up of 4-courses alternately prepared by each chef – Dabbous has created pork jowl, green peppercorn, marigold and fennel main whilst Cardoso in in charge of the dessert; fromage frais sorbet with toasted pumpkin seeds, honeycomb and blackberries. All guests receive a cocktail on arrival whilst a wine flight is available at additional cost.
