Award-winning chef Mark Jarvis will be joined by Florence Knight for her first service back in the kitchen after she hung up her apron as Head Chef of Polpetto, to host a one- off Sunday lunch at Anglo. Having both worked under Raymond Blanc, the five course menu reflects their enthusiasm for local ingredients and will include Lincolnshire smoked eel with rhubarb and whey; Trenchmore beef, bone marrow and wild garlic and warm chocolate with candied fennel and Marigold caramels.
