Mayfair’s Jamavar will be marking the Hindu festival of light with a culinary celebration like no other. The 15th of October will see a one-off ‘Suits & Saree’s’ dinner, with a menu specially designed by Jamavar’s Executive Chef, Rohit Ghai, in honour of Diwali. Serving a decadent six courses, Jamavar’s guests are encouraged to arrive in their finest outfits, whether traditional British or Indian wear, in an occasion which promises as much glamour in its setting as it does in its menu. The spectacular feast includes options of Old Delhi butter chicken, made with Suffolk corn-fed char-grilled and pulled chicken, fresh tomato and fenugreek, and finishes with options such as the indulgent Chilli Chikki Lava Chocolate Fondant.
