‘La Grande Bouffe’ will feature set menus from a number of acclaimed chefs; who together will pay tribute to the very best in Southern French cooking. Alex Jackson head chef at Sardine – the critically acclaimed restaurant in Islington, will be kicking off the series with a Truffle dinner. There will be hints of truffle across all the five courses. Could you be tempted by a Truffled Fried Comté Sandwich, or perhaps the Pappardelle with Rabbit & Chestnut Ragoût. Just a little insight to wet the appetite.
The Truffle dinner will take place on the 20th and the 21st February, with the series continuing in the coming months.
