Stevie Parle’s West London restaurant Dock Kitchen will play host to a Piemonte truffle dinner of four courses at the end of November. Starters include carne crudo with white truffle, fontina on toast with black truffle and artichoke salad with black truffle, before a second course of risotto bianco with white truffle. Next up is beef peposo with mash and winter greens, before a pear, white chocolate and hazelnut dish for dessert.
