Another of Stevie Parle’s restaurants, Rotorino will hold a four-course dinner centred around the truffles of Piemonte in Italy. Using 5g of white truffle, the menu for the evening features wild mushroom, lardo di colonata, fried polenta, truffle butter and shavings to start, before tagliolini with butter & white truffle. After a dish of guinea fowl, veal and black truffle stuffing with Cavalo Nero, Bonèt with amaretto biscuits and creme fraiche will finish the meal. Truffle will also be available to purchase.
