Japanese restaurant Tokimeitē are hosting a one-off dinner as part of the London Restaurant Festival. The 16-course ‘Kaiseki’ meal will showcase the best of Japanese cuisine prepared by 7 Michelin starred chef, Yoshihiro Murata, with Suntory Japanese whisky taking care of the drinks with a range of rare and refined whiskies. The menu features sashimi and nigiri as well as dishes like grilled Scottish lobster with truffle merengue and slow cooked and smoked Wagyu beef served with mustard. Guests will also have a chance to meet the chef.
