Rick and Jack Stein will be bringing a taste of Cornwall to The Goring this summer. The hotel’s veranda will be transformed into a Cornish fish restaurant, complete with a sandy beach. The Goring’s Michelin-starred Chef, Shay Cooper, is working with Rick Stein and his son, Executive Chef Jack Stein, to create a fish-heavy menu with lots of lobster, crab and the freshest fish.
