KitchenAid and RSVP have launched the ‘TWO x TWO’ foodie event series, where two chefs come together to showcase their expertise and culinary heritage. Guests will enjoy several courses at the pop-up Chef’s Table, hosted by Italian chef Andrea Zagatti (formerly of City Social and Osteria Francescana) and Mexican chef Santiago Lastra Rodriguez (formerly of Noma Mexico), who will demonstrate their individual styles while using classic flavours from their respective home countries. Dishes will include Tostada, British smoked eel, foie gras, cucumbers and elderflowers, and the Italian favourite with a savoury twist – Tiramisu, Savoiardo, Chocolate and Porcini. The menu will be paired with fine wines from Matthew Clark.
