On 30th April, Southbank Centre’s popular street food market and riverside food and drink pop-ups will return for the summer season, bringing with them over 20 cuisines from around the world to sample. From Korean BBQ and fragrant Pad Thai, to moreish hot dogs and classic fish and chips, you are guaranteed to find a dish that’ll satisfy your foodie cravings.

The king of pop-ups Jimmy Garcia has already returned with his BBQ Club, serving up all of your barbecue favourites, including 45-day aged sirloin steaks and adobo cod cheek tacos. Paired alongside English summer lawn games, you won’t want to head anywhere else this summer. Applebee’s Fish pop-up has also pitched up early, helping to bring the British seaside to the city with the poshest fish and chips on offer for city dwellers to enjoy overlooking the Thames.
From 30th April, they’ll be joined by four more pop-ups. Stroll along the riverside enjoying foodie offerings from hot dog specialists Oh My Dog! and burger maestros Truffle. Grab a fresh juice from Elephant Juice or quench your thirst with a cold pint or two from The Hop Locker. Hosted outside, it’s the perfect spot to reconnect with old friends over a bite to eat and soak up some of the best riverside views in the city.
Alfresco dining is all the rage this summer and The Savoy is joining in on the action, launching a short-season pop-up – Solas. It’s the first time in The Savoy’s history and it’s opening this week marks The Savoy and Bowmore Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky’s new collaboration.
Gaelic for light, joy and comfort, Solas will be located on the Savoy Court and will boast a menu comprising delicious seafood and tempting cocktails.

Fall back in love with the beauty of live music this weekend and head to Seven Dials to catch the return of their Unplugged sessions. Back by popular demand, this weekend sees live acoustic performances take place across the seven famous streets.

Following the success of their complimentary afternoon tea pop-up earlier this month, Brown’s will be on hand this Friday serving up complimentary British classic dishes from Charlie’s in honour of Saint George’s Day.
