Of course, there is a lot of controversy surrounding Shia LaBeouf right now but Kirby’s award-nominated performance is unmissable.

Running every weekend throughout January, Women’s Health will be running celebrity workouts, expert-led discussions, shopping experiences and more for all to enjoy at home. The weekender kicks off this Saturday with a F.I.T Combat session hosted by Faye Edwards, group exercise programme manager, and Davina McCall at 9am. At lunchtime, Peter ‘PMac’ Maciver will be running a hot HITT session, dedicated to boosting your metabolism, toning up and cardiovascular fitness. Saturday’s programme finishes with an In Conversation with the Fittest Woman in the World, Tia-Clair Toomey.
Men’s Health is also running a similar program too for those wanting to join in on those.
