Following the refurbishment of the 5 Parisian Pullman hotels, the restaurant in the La Defense hotel also saw itself modernised with a new open plan kitchen and a contemporary new design. The restaurant is open from 6.30am-1.00am every day and includes a Power Lunch that lasts 45 minutes flat.

The food here is customer friendly with the option of customising your meals to your own liking. Starters vary from dishes like Gazpacho of the season with floral tea ice-cubes to Waffle with potato/dill/marinated salmon/ginger/wasabi ice-cream.

There are five ways to have your main meal cooked including by wok, grill, tandoori oven, plancha and rotissoire broche. Mains include dishes like Prawns marinated in Lapsang Souchong tea and Sirloin steak Limousin/Angus/Charolais/Aubrac. You can also pick your choice of pasta or noodles accompanied by sauces like carbonara or nuggets of truffle cream.

Puddings are a real treat as they are brought round in a tray of delicious offerings with sweet temptations like Macaroon of the season and Minestrone with exotic fruits.

The Pullman hotel group also has Vinoteca where they offer an international wine selection by the glass or by the bottle selected by French sommelier, Olivier Poussier, who has won awards for his wine skills.
