Miss exploring London’s lively gallery scene? Check out this quirky online exhibition

Perhaps the coolest online exhibition around, Fluorescent Smogg showcases Dream Machine, a virtual utopia brought from dystopia. It’s a space where virtual reality is transposed onto your screen.

Fluorescent Smogg curated the online exhibition as it ‘signals the end of a truly unprecedented year’ and the show hopes to break down the complexities of the year in a ‘metaphysical landscape – and re-examines the fundamental nature of reality and expression in a changing world’.

Enable the sound and explore the various works on display from a roster of artists who work with 2D and 3D mediums, and demonstrate utopia in a world that feels far from it right now.

Watch our latest TV obsession, It’s A Sin

The AIDS epidemic is a topic that still to this today holds much stigma. Set during the early 1980s, Russell T Davies’ new Channel 4 series, It’s A Sin follows a group of gay teenagers who move to London in search of their belonging and instead have to come to terms with the pressures, stigma and panic surrounding the spread of the AIDS virus.

Known for reviving the Doctor Who Franchise, Davies’ body of work also explores what it means to be gay in the UK, and this new series is also said to be loosely based on his own experiences growing up in the 80s. It’s A Sin stars Years and Years singer Olly Alexander as the main protagonist, alongside Omari Douglas and Callum Scott Howells. Stephen Fry also makes a killer appearance too.
