Amazónico, the first UK restaurant from Madrid restauranteurs and founders Sandro Silva and Marta Seco, is bringing a brand new flavour to Berkeley Square. Through taste, touch and sight, visitors are taken on a sensory journey exploring the culinary landscapes of Brazil, Colombia, Peru, and noting influences from Japan, China and India.
Guests will discover a menu filled with dishes perfect for sharing from refreshing salads and vegetables originating from the region, raw and marinated fish, and the ‘Amazónico bites’ best paired with cocktails from the bar.
Designed by internationally renowned artist Lázaro Rosa-Violan, the venue has been carefully curated to take its guests on a trip down the Amazon from source to sea, featuring plenty of natural and raw materials. Nightly jazz performances will entertain diners in the restaurant, which is decked with luscious live plants.
For a private occasion, guests can hire the 20-person rainforest-themed private dining room, or alternatively soak up the atmosphere whilst enjoying a more informal dining experience at the Peruvian sushi bar.
