About Glass Room
Glass Room is a unique dining experience on the water offering modern British food, fine wines and, courtesy of its all-glass structure, uninterrupted views of some of London’s most iconic landmarks.
The modern British menus champion seasonality with all food freshly prepared on-board by the Glass Room’s highly experienced brigade of chefs. Expect made-to-order plates such as Severn and Wye smoked salmon and celeriac remoulade; slow-cooked rump of lamb with shepherd’s pie confit and garden pea purée; and pistachio and apricot torte. Alternatively, take to the river for a uniquely British afternoon tea complete with pianist, or spend Sunday on the water with a classic roast and live jazz.
With interiors from Tom Dixon’s Design Research Studio, the décor takes a chic yet contemporary nautical theme with a colour palette featuring the archetypal boating tones of red, blue and white set against luxe finishes, clean crisp lines and bespoke oak cladding. A stunning feature bar with comfortable stools allows passengers to perch whilst sipping on pre-dinner cocktails, listening to live music and admiring the city illuminated at night.
