Menus & Brochures
Tucked away in a charming mews just off Bond Street, Hush has recently celebrated its 10th anniversary and has also undertaken both a major menu change and a significant re-booting of its interior design. With deep leather banquettes and booths, quirky interior lighting and pieces of contemporary art, the Mayfair restaurant and bar looks stunning and provides a truly soothing experience.
The brand-new all-day menu includes modern European favourites. It evolves seasonally, but typical dishes include Pea soup with mini Welsh rarebit; Dorset crab with avocado salad; Taglierini with lobster, chilli and garlic; Organic salmon fishcake with tomato sauce; Old Spot roasted pork belly cassoulet; and Veal cutlet with wild mushrooms and rosemary. Desserts feature Upside down vanilla and lemon cheesecake, English raspberries with Jersey cream, and Warm Valrhona chocolate pot. Long-standing Hush specialities will remain, such as Steak tartare with frites, the Hush Hamburger, and Mars Bar cheesecake. The menu is available throughout Hush, from the Brasserie on the ground floor, through Lounge Bar and The Silver Room on the first floor, and Private Dining Rooms on the top floor.
The Hush Cocktail Lounge is overseen by Pedro Solorzano, who is passionate about creative cocktails while also being a master of the classics. Some of his most popular new cocktails include the Hush Champagne Cocktail (vodka, violet liqueur and Champagne), the Hush 75 (Bulldog gin, maraschino liqueur, lemon juice and Taittinger Rosé), the Cigar Lovers Martini (Rémy Martin VSOP, Grande Burge 10yr and Dubonnet), and their signature Hush Bloody Mary (with a special spicy Hush mix and celery paste). Hush Mayfair’s international wine list includes approximately 80 bins, starting at £17.95 a bottle, and every wine is available by the glass.
Hush Private Dining Rooms offer one of the most versatile spaces in London. The fully private and self-contained area comprises three interconnecting rooms that can accommodate groups from 10 to 160 people. The menus start from £35 through £45 and £55. For Christmas parties, Hush’s Traditional Christmas Feast provides a selection of sumptuous dishes.
