About Jumeirah Carlton Tower
Licensed to hold weddings, civil ceremonies and christenings, Jumeirah Carlton Tower in Knightsbridge has 4 meeting rooms with natural light, a Boardroom, and a Ballroom with a private entrance. It has the capacity to hold an event for 16 in private dining and up to 700 for a reception.
The Jumeirah Carlton Tower has an onsite event technician who facilitates any audio visual requirements needed by clients. This is provided by Jam Planet, an event support and production company specialising in audio visual equipment based at the Knightsbridge events space.
This month Jumeirah Carlton Tower unveils a stunning transformation of its Ballroom which evokes the timeless style and elegance of Art Deco design. Courtesy of Lynne Hunt London, the exquisite new design will exude an atmosphere of rich and refined beauty, making it an even more desirable venue.
While the Ballroom’s grand chandeliers will be retained, peacock granite plinths and gold-tile columns will add to the décor, completing a look reminiscent of 1920s glamour. A beautiful zig-zag effect carpet in shades of chocolate, charcoal, beige and ivory will be installed, along with a stunning gold wall covering. Suitable for any special occasion or conference, the newly refurbished ballroom will accommodate up to 400 guests for dinner or up to 700 for a cocktail reception. Alternatively, the space can be divided into three more intimate areas – Westbourne, Knightsbridge and Salisbury – to accommodate up to 320 guests for a theatre set up, 220 guests for a reception set up, and 50 guests for a banquet set up respectively.
