Executive Head Chef Xavier Boyer has designed a menu which incorporates seasonality, classic French influences, modern imagination and the finest of ingredients delivered daily.
The Ground Floor features a Japanese-inspired counter which is open to the kitchen so that guests may watch the magic happen. The First Floor is comprised of a traditional seating arrangement with tables adequately spaced apart to allow a good view of the open kitchen and wood-fired oven. Le Salon de Joel Robuchon Bar offers a range of exciting cocktails, wines, spirits and snacks. The Roof Terrace is a beautiful al fresco lounge.
Le Salon Bar and the roof terrace are available for private hire. This is a perfect spot for exclusive parties, special events and corporate functions. The restaurant’s team will work with clients to ensure the best possible event. The restaurant also offers private dining for groups larger than seven and private hire on request with bespoke menus.
