Located on the banks of the River Thames in the famed Sea Containers building and having worked with Design Research Studio under the creative direction of renowned British designer Tom Dixon, guests will witness stunning river views, experience underwater tranquility at agua Spa, sample delicious food using locally sourced ingredients at Sea Containers restaurant and enjoy innovative cocktails from Mr. Lyan at both Lyaness and 12th Knot, our rooftop lounge with its glass box structure and outdoor terrace.

Studio Floor:
Our Studio Floor features over 3,300 square foot of versatile event space for up to 275 guests. The Studio Foyer offers guests optimum space for breakouts and receptions with a unique copper bar feature. In addition, Studios 1-4 provide four multi-service meeting rooms, which can be combined to your specification, with a simple, streamlined elegance providing the perfect backdrop for a wide variety of events. With state-of-the-art audio visual and lighting and contemporary designed furniture by VitraHaus, Studios 1-4 are all located on one self-contained floor with cloakroom and washroom, providing the ultimate privacy for groups.

Screening Room:
Styled and furnished by iconic British designer Tom Dixon, the state-of-the-art screening room is London’s newest destination. With 56 seats, 4K resolution and Dolby 7.1 Surround Sound, it is the ideal venue for all your entertainment needs including private and press screenings, junkets, presentations and product launches. Seven wired and linked Junket rooms with outside space and river views are also available.

Private Dining:
Located within Sea Containers restaurant, the private dining room provides an intimate setting for up to 20 guests. Two bespoke gold dining tables with upholstered chairs are placed under custom designed and atmospheric lighting by Tom Dixon. The private dining room can be closed off with geometric patterned glazed sliding doors that offer privacy, yet allow for a degree of visibility through to the main restaurant.The private dining room displays the gold S and C letters from the original signage of the building, These letters have been carefully preserved and bring a sense of history to the dining room. A range of Feast Menus are available within this space to make your occasion personalised and unforgettable.

Lyaness:

Created by multi award-winning Ryan Chetiyawardana AKA Mr Lyan (“The World’s Most Awarded Bartender” The Telegraph; International Bartender of the Year 2015, Most Influential Britons 2017, Personality of the Decade 2017) and the team behind iconic venues White Lyan, Super Lyan, Cub, Dandelyan and more.

Reimagining the iconic space overlooking the Thames within Sea Containers house, and to borrow from the heritage of our previous bar, Dandelyan, we’ve hoped to create a cocktail bar that goes beyond the simple focus of what’s in your glass.

12th Knot:
Boasting some of the finest views of London, 12th Knot is a magical glittering glass box perched atop Sea Containers London. Specialising in bubbly, with an extensive list of the world’s best champagnes as well as classic and specialty cocktails, the space is ideal for receptions and parties for up to 250 guests. Outside terrace space is also available. With a dynamic urban vibe as the place to meet, mingle and watch the scene, 12th Knot comes alive as the sun goes down, featuring DJs and live entertainment.

agua Bathhouse & Spa:
A truly unique events space created by renowned designer Tom Dixon, agua Bathhouse & Spa is a maritime inspired adventure, complemented by curving walls and luminous corridors and embracing the theme of underwater tranquility. The spa can be hired for exclusive use for up to 60 guests and has also been designed to cater for exclusive events in various sections of the space for smaller groups, including our Glamour Lounge which can accommodate up to 8 guests having treatments at one time. Six individual treatment rooms are also available.
