Natalie Summers, Bear Grylls’ own personal trainer will lead an incredible morning of varied training. She’ll get you moving better and more effectively than you ever have done previously – regardless of your level or age. The day will blend exercise with nutrition, mindfulness, some delicious healthy food, a bit of wine and a load of inspiration.

PUSH Mind and Body is the UK’s first re-bootcamp. They combine high-intensity exercise and clean eating with nutrition, mindfulness and coaching to give you all the tools you need to live a better life.
