Every year the Rotunda holds their Spring Lamb Dinner to celebrate the ethical meat they source from their farm in Northumberland. From gate to plate, they ensure the meat is the very best in terms of taste and sustainability. Hear about this process with talks from Ian, the farmer who hand-rears the sheep, a butchery demonstration from Claus, our butcher, as well as a Q&A session with the head chef. Following the talks and arrival drinks and canapés, guests will be served a truly fantastic five course tasting menu centred around the lamb.
