Skye Gyngell’s acclaimed restaurant has announced its first Food Writers Festival, set to involve four of the UK’s top food writers for a programme of talks accompanied by afternoon tea. Individuals engage in discussions on topics, with a different writer headlining every Monday throughout the month; here the writers will discuss their love of recipes, writing and the inspiration behind their latest works. Olia Hercules, Ukranian chef and author of ‘Mamushka’ and ‘Kaukasis’, will be discussing her love of the food of Eastern Europe on the 24th, focusing on the region of Caucasus.
