Why Vins De Provence Rosé Is All You Should Be Drinking This Christmas
Christmas is coming! And given the possibility of jetting off for some summer sun this festive season seems rather remote, why not keep the sunnier flavours and memories of heat alive back in England this festive season with some crisp and elegant rosé wines from Vins de Provence?
As we sit round the table finally reunited this winter, the one thing we’ll want to do is toast the end of an extraordinary year and look forward to 2021 with genuine hope. The perfect toast, and ideal complement to any meal this yuletide, be it delicate Japanese finger food or more traditional smoked salmon blinis to get the season started, is decent rosé. Or why not surprise and delight your guests by opening a magnum to enjoy with the Christmas turkey and its trimmings?

But Vins de Provence shouldn’t just be saved for special celebrations. In fact, it adds certain a je-ne-sais-quoi to the simplest of occasions – try it with a simple Provençal lemon chicken supper or with a warming harissa-spiced Persian stew on a cosy night in between the festivities. Vins de Provence Rosé wines are sure to bring an extra glint of sunshine to those cold winter days. And, as luck would have it, help is on hand to guide us through all the perfect pairings and some ideal recipes.
