What: The Handbook has teamed up with COYA to offer one lucky reader the chance to win a ‘Cocinando Con COYA’ box as the prize, plus x2 500ml bottles of Negroni Time and Claro Margarita cocktails.

COYA Mayfair is a modern Peruvian restaurant which celebrates the spirit of Latin America through exceptional Peruvian food, innovative Pisco infusions, Latin American rhythms and contemporary art.

Whilst COYA may not be open as usual right now, guests can still enjoy their experience at home, or ‘en casa’ as they say. Londoners can enjoy raw fish ceviches, comforting seasonal Peruvian dishes, cocktails and an extensive wine list delivered straight to their door from 4.30pm – 9.30pm every Tuesday – Saturday.

New to COYA’s offering is a weekend finish-at-home box, Cocinando Con COYA (Cooking with COYA). Suitable for two people to share and changing each month with the seasons, the menu includes aperitivos, signature ceviche, tiradito, a choice of two main courses, sides, and a dessert. Plus, to really kick back there is an option to add expertly made, bottled cocktails.
