What: The Handbook has teamed up with LIMA to give away a vibrant 3-course dinner for 4 people to celebrate the launch of their brand-new seasonal menus.

Who: LIMA opened in London’s Fitzrovia in 2012 as a window to Peru’s emerging gastronomy. LIMA quickly positioned itself on the international dining scene winning several industry awards and was the first Peruvian restaurant to win an acclaimed star from Michelin. LIMA’s menus are spearheaded by Culinary Director, Roberto Sihuay, a leading Peruvian chef. The menus herald the diverse cultural influences the Peruvian kitchen has adopted through its vast immigration to the country, all while using British and local produce.

The prize: A 3-course meal for 4 to indulge in LIMA‘s brand-new seasonal menus. Tuna Nikkei tartare, Lamb Chops ‘Al Josper’, hand-dived Scallop Tiradito, and sauteed Miso Aubergine — to name a few of the fresh and delectable new menu items.

The meal includes:

  • 3 courses (from the a la carte menu)
  • A bottle of house wine
  • A welcome Pisco Sour per person
