Helix Restaurant by Searcys is located high above the clouds on level 39 of London’s iconic Gherkin. A proud celebration of British produce in one of London’s finest landmarks, the menus put seasonal and local produce centre stage. Throughout spring, Searcys is partnering with Nyetimber, England’s finest sparkling wines, to bring a series of exclusive wine dinner events to The Gherkin. We’re offering the lucky winner and their guest a five-course tasting menu paired perfectly with a selection of Nyetimber’s award-winning wines.

The seasonal menu includes Portland crab, a guinea fowl and ham hock terrine and chalk stream trout, followed by chocolate ale cake and a British cheese selection. Each dish has been perfectly paired with a Nyetimber wine to compliment flavours and showcase local produce. Unwind as you dine in an elevated cuisine and take in the panoramic surroundings of this unique skyscraper.
