Think Not a Dirty Martini, with pisco, pecan, peach and sage, and Not an Old Fashioned, a crisp, peppery twist with gin, plum sake, ginger and pear.

Launching alongside the cocktails is new bar snacks menu from the JOIA kitchen, with playful, shareable plates such as crispy buttermilk fried chicken with piri piri mayonnaise and patatas bravas with truffle mayonnaise. Whether you’re settling in for a long catch-up or making an evening of it with friends, it’s the perfect place to share a little of everything.
