The Body Shop
The Body Shop has always been known for producing ethically made products, inspired by the natural world. This year, they’ve gone one step further on their environmental mission by rolling out refill stations across 400 of their stores globally, with the intention of introducing another 400 in 2022.
The movement comes as a way to increase customers’ awareness of the issues surrounding overuse and allows them to adopt sustainable hacks in an easy, more digestible way. As they put it, they are ‘helping you eliminate waste before it hits the bathroom shelf’. By switching to refill you’ll be able to help their mission of saving over 25 tonnes of plastic per year – that’s equivalent to 21 MINI Coopers.
All you need to do is pick up one of their aluminium bottles at a selected store, ask a member to help you fill up your favourite refillable haircare, shower gel or hand wash and enjoy. For shampoo options, their ginger and shea ranges will be available to refill, helping to keep your locks healthy and happy.

Helping you clean with a conscience is Hairstory, the American haircare brand that’s helping to rewrite the rules of beauty norms in every which way they can.
