You’ll be in safe hands in the bodyweight conditioning classes of Capoeira; as the teacher, Baris, has been recognised through The Lukas Award for ‘Best Brazilian Dance Teacher of The Year’ in both 2011 and 2012. Disco Barre has blown up in recent years with models crediting it with keeping them in shape. It uses a mixture of core work, strength training, isometric holds and small but intense choreographed moves – your dreams of becoming a Victoria Secret’s model may still come true.
