What to do This Weekend: 23rd- 25th June

Summer is definitely here and so is the weekend! Which means you can get out and make the most of the sunny weather, rather than sitting inside staring forlornly out of the window listening to the whirr of the AC unit (if you’re lucky enough to have one.) We’ll be spending our weekend wandering around markets, eating BBQ and celebrating the arrival of Midsummer – join us?

Bó Drake

What: Sunday Feast

Why: Call us controversial but when it’s sunny we are more than happy to forgo our usual Sunday roast, in fact hot food in general, that is of course unless it’s BBQ. If it’s BBQ then we’ll eat far more than we usually would if someone put it all on our plate in one go and this Sunday we’ll be heading to Bó Drake for our BBQ fix. They’ve just launched their new Sunday BBQ sharing tray, which is piled high with miso glazed baby back ribs; smoked pulled pork; sweet potato fries; bao buns and wrapping lettuce; Samjang smoked chicken; chorizo sausage with Doubanjiang honey sauce; kimchi and pickles. Quite the feast.
