The food takes inspiration from the tastes and traditions of the Crawley family, their household, and the grand dining rooms of England’s stately homes. Start with devilled steak tartare served with toast, shallots, cornichons, capers, parsley, and egg yolk, or a Roquefort salad with green apple, grapes, chicory, hazelnuts, and a grain mustard dressing.
