For the creatives, this is a truly magical time of year with endless opportunities to make, create or design. From wrapping your gorgeous gifts to unveiling the perfect tablescape, we can expect plenty of artistic fun this season. And of course, it wouldn’t be complete without the obligatory wreath-making workshop. I say obligatory, but I’m not sure who I’m kidding as I’ll be buying mine from one of the supremely more talented florists. So whichever camp you fall under, I have you covered. This year Wild At Heart has once again created an array of breathtaking wreaths featuring crab apples, pine cones, rosehip, heather and juniper. Meanwhile, one of the UK’s most ethical florists, bloom, has now launched their Christmas collection designed by celebrity florist Larry Walshe.
For more rustic or wild designs you can’t go wrong with Hackney-based Grace & Thorn. Each of their wreaths are utterly unique and packed full with seasonal foliage and flowers. If you’re after decadence and colour, then look no further than Scarlet & Violet. I’m more than a little obsessed with their festive offerings including red hips, pink peppercorns, autumnal beech, scotch pine and blue spruce.
Finally, for the interiors enthusiasts, you must check out the latest collab. Ett Hem London, a brand disrupting the flower industry with their design-led curation of quality faux flowers has teamed with Colours of Arley to create a limited edition Forever Pine Christmas Wreath with bespoke striped bows hand-made in London. Yet another to add to my wish list, but which will you go for?
