London Fashion Week always brings with it an array of exciting talent, both new and established. This season, notable runway highlights were served at Mithridate’s whimsical bonanza and 16Arlington’s sleek party offering. But, in this editor’s opinion, one brand’s spring/summer 2024 collection stood out: Tove.

Chances are you’ve heard of the British fashion brand. Loved by celebrities such as Katie Holmes and Laura Harrier, and fashion girls including Monikh Dale and TyLynn Nguyen, the label is certainly a low-key favourite among the style set.

Founded in 2019 by London-based duo Camille Perry and Holly Wright, Tove designs for longevity, and this timeless collection is a case in point.

Contrasted against the Hayward Gallery’s brutalist design, oversized, relaxed tailoring, bias-cut dresses, and a heavenly colour palette defined the quiet luxury collection. Notable trends from the show include styling elegant evening attire with vibrant red flats (AKA, combining the colour & shoe of the season), along with matchy-matchy coord sets.

As for the casting, models spanned a range of ages and backgrounds, however, next season, I’d love to see this inclusivity extend to represent more body types and sizes.

Until then, here are the rest of this editor’s favourite looks from the collection…
