Soul Circus

From yoga to holistic therapies, Soul Circus is set to return with a bang this August, packing out their three-day festival with tons of glittery festival antics. The festival, running 17th – 20th August, is located in the Cotswolds and boasts an exciting range of workshops and classes suitable for all abilities and talents, whether you’re just starting out or you’re a veteran of the disciplines. 

The wellness activities are slotted alongside an exciting music line up and festival food vendors will fuel you through the weekend with delicious locally sourced produce. After parties go on until 2am every night or head back to your camp earlier to soak up the lakeside views from your jacuzzi.

LoveFit

Taking place in July, LoveFit is a three-day festival packed out with a bumper schedule of fitness, wellness and forest parties. It’s a zen space where you can connect with like-minded individuals while taking part in exciting and invigorating activities. 

Expect everything from wood-fired hot tubs to paddle boarding, holistic treatments to spin classes to get your blood pumping and body moving.g late into the night.

Balance Festival

Balance Festival, the UK’s biggest celebration of wellness, is set to return this May. Set to take over The Old Truman Brewery, the festival will be bringing three days packed with workouts from London’s best boutique studios, workshops from wellness practitioners and meditation sessions for those looking to find some zen.

Festival goers are invited to work up a sweat with some of the UK’s leading names in fitness and try out classes from some of London’s biggest studios, including Barry’s, Barrecore and F45.

Keswick Mountain Festival

Have you got an adventurous side? Looking to meet new people with shared outdoorsy interests? You’ll want to book in for Keswick Mountain Festival, the three-day festival packed out with outdoor activities and live music. 

Taking place this May, the weekend is stacked with exciting sporting events, from half marathons to peak hiking, wild swimming to sprint triathlons, perfect for the home athlete. On-site, there are loads of other activities too, from talks with inspiring leaders and food and drink stalls aplenty.

Also Festival

Wellness is centrefold at Also Festival, the three-day weekender taking place in Warwickshire. It’s the type of festival that can be guided by you, whether you’re looking to try out new wellness trends or dance in the front row to your favourite musician. 

Their 2023 wellness line-up is yet to be announced but if last year’s is anything to go by, you can expect everything from wild swimming to flow yoga, sound bath workshops to guided meditation.

Verve Festival

If you’re in need of a de-stress, book yourself in for a wellness retreat-cum-festival at Verve Festival. Taking place in September, the festival offers a respite from the hustle and bustle of city life, a space to escape the chaos and reconnect with nature. 

Yoga and meditation workshops are at the centre of this festival, with everything from soulful flow classes to help improve your flexibility to turbo pilates to tone up your body. Later in the evening, there’s live music to finish the event off.

The festival – taking place on the 17th of June – will be taking over Barn Elms near Putney station this year, offering eager fitness fanatics and like-minded individuals the opportunity to come together and connect through wellness. 

Expect the day to be filled with a mix of mindfulness, fitness, food, music and laughter. The line-up looks great too – from Dr Alex George to sustainable entrepreneur Grace Beverley, personal trainer and best-selling author Alice Liveing to meditation coach and writer Maude Hirst and TV presenter Dilly Carter.
