Welcome to the wonderful world of wellness festivals. Indulge in a luxe natural environment, enjoy mindful activities, and actually return home feeling refreshed. These are our favourite summer wellness retreats to add to your calendar.

Music festivals are a tried-and-tested way to break out of the summer haze and enjoy live music, drinks, dancing, and a sense of community. We look forward to them year-long, but what we don’t look forward to is the dehydration, hangover or fatigue that inevitably follows a three-day sun-drenched party. But not all festivals have to leave you feeling like this. If you’re channelling your inner zen in 2026 and are longing for weekend escapes packed out with wellness activities, we’ve rounded up the best UK wellness festivals taking place this year. Book now and reap all of the benefits later. We’ll meet you at the yoga tent…

Wellness in the Wild

Step into a slower pace with wellness in the wild, a three-day meditative retreat deep within the British countryside. This festival offers an array of flow, movement, meditation, talk, workshops and family sessions. Included with the tickets are an array of live music workshops with fellow travellers.

At night, book one of their luxe bell tents, fully furnished and ready for your stay. In between sessions, you can grab a bite to eat at one of the many food stations on the property to fuel whatever your craving may be. Try their Indonesian street food at Enak, or indulge in a comforting cheese toastie at Wright’s.
