Beginning in the Lobby Bar, relax with a glass of Champagne or a Bloody Mary made with your choice of ingredients – hot and spicy or cool and crisp. Across the bar is a range of delicious antipasti dishes including British charcuterie, Cornish hand-picked crab, John Ross smoked salmon and a series of fresh salads with the finest, responsibly-sourced British ingredients.

This brand-new experience continues upstairs in signature restaurant, Indigo, with classic brunch dishes such as truffled scrambled eggs, buttermilk pancakes and potato rösti topped with avocado. For those preferring something heartier, there are traditional roasts – sirloin of beef and Cotswold chicken with all the trimmings, or perhaps our popular fish and chips or grilled lemon sole.

Ending on a sweet note, an abundant table of miniature desserts invites you to sample an ever-changing choice of treats, from poached peaches in lavender and Cornish chocolate mousse to coffee and walnut macarons and a delicate polenta and pistachio cake.

Your afternoon is complete with a flight of Champagne Bollinger featuring a trio of their exceptional cuvées.
