What: The Handbook has teamed up with Arcade Food Hall & Bar to offer one lucky reader the chance win two return flights to Hong Kong, to celebrate the launch of their Cantonese comfort food brand, Siu Siu.
Inspired by the roast meat joints of Hong Kong, Cantonese kitchen Siu Siu has joined the global line up of cuisines at Arcade Tottenham Court Road. Expect the likes of deep-filled prawn toast, a Char Siu Sandwich loaded with grilled char siu iberico pork, mustard, white onion and coriander. And Sorrowful Rice, Siu Siu’s star dish, is born from Hong Kong’s iconic movie ‘The God Of Cookery’, and is not to be missed: Jasmine rice topped with sticky char siu pork belly, pickled mustard greens and a fried egg. To celebrate the arrival of Siu Siu, Arcade are giving away two return flights to the home of Siu Siu, Hong Kong.
