Wine lovers, listen in: Bordeaux Wine Month returns this September. Cue a whole month dedicated to the French wine region and its diverse offerings, from refreshing and lively dry whites, crisp and fruity rosés, sparkling crémants to either fresh, fruit-forward and contemporary or classic, complex and age-worthy reds.

Now in its fifth year, the annual month-long celebration shines a spotlight onto one of the world’s best-known wine regions. And luckily for us wine drinkers, it’s an opportunity for us to discover the value and unexpected diversity that it offers – think big flavours and intense aromas, but also, and perhaps unexpectedly, younger, fresher and lighter wines. You’ll finally find the perfect bottle to pair with the impending autumn-winter months.

Every September, retailers, bars and merchants across the country come together to celebrate Bordeaux, offering masterclasses and tastings for lovers of wine to learn more about the region and discover some new Bordeaux favourites.

This year, nine retailers across London are joining in on the action. Here’s where to sip Bordeaux’s wide variety this September…
