Amazon Prime’s latest binge-worthy series Daisy Jones and the Six has captivated audiences for the past few weeks, but it’s not just the gritty storyline and banging soundtrack of the show that’s captured people’s hearts. The fashion is something else too, naturally as the show follows the fictional band through highs and lows, tours and global success, love affairs and breakups. If you can’t get enough of the 1970-inspired costume’s, we’ve recreated some of the killer looks from the show. Expect fringing, leather, patchwork denim, billowing maxi dresses and a whole lot of rock ‘n’ roll spirit.
Fashion and music has always gone hand in hand. Look at Kate Moss referencing the eclectic wardrobe of Keith Richards with all her Glastonbury looks, or Celine’s Creative Director, Heidi Slimane’s, career-long love affair with making musicians his muse. This is perhaps why the TV adaptation of Daisy Jones and the Six has gone down so well, each and every secene is a feast for the eyes fashion-wise, weather it’s Daisy’s Florence and the Machine-esque waffty kaftan dresses, Suki Waterhouse’s character’s head-to-toe leather looks or Sam Claflin’s characters way with a full denim get-up.

We loved Karen, played by Suki Waterhouse’s, sexy rock ‘n’ roll looks in the series. Channel the look with a lace maxi dress in gothic black and add extra drama with knee-high boots and a faux fur-trimmed trench.
Look 4
From interiors to fashion to TV shows, the ’70s are everywhere this season. Make a sartorial reference to the iconic era with a head-to-toe denim look. Sézane’s Brooklyn jumpsuit is the perfect shape for doing a ’70s silhouette with a nipped in waist and a subtle kick flare hem. Add oversized sunnies and classic clogs for a touch of nostalgia.
