One new beauty launch has quietly become my current obsession. No hype, just genuine results that need to be shared. Among the bottles and jars I’ve been rotating through, one product has genuinely earned its permanent spot: ESPA Mini Super Nourish Hair & Scalp Mask, £10. It’s the one I keep reaching for when my scalp feels tight, my hair looks dull, or I’ve simply overdone it with styling, heat, or life in general.

Why I love it

I don’t tend to fall for “miracle” labels, but this one feels real. The texture alone sets the tone: rich, cushiony, and almost balm-like, it melts into the scalp without sitting heavt. Most scalp treatments I’ve tried are too clinical; some nourishing masks are too greasey. This sits in the middle where my roots feel refreshed, and my lengths feel conditioned without losing movement.

This mask encourages you to just stop and slow down for a few minutes in the bathroom while it gets to work, and in return, it gives back softness, shine, and a noticeable reset in scalp comfort, which I never knew I needed, until now.

How I use it

I apply it section by section after shampooing and then massage it into my hair and scalp, letting it sit for a few minutes. After rinsing, my hair feels like I’ve pressed a refresh button rather than just added moisture, plus it smells gorgeously fruity, like a super smoothie for my hair.

It’s become my weekly non-negotiable, especially on Sundays, when I’m trying to pretend, I’ve got my life organised for the week ahead. Although a little goes a long way, my only complaint is I’d like a larger tube.

Other products that I’m also loving right now

This has fast become my go-to for sleekness when I want humidity-proof hair without stiffness. It’s one of those products that only reveals its value in damp weather, unexpected drizzle, or a packed commute. It leaves hair with that glassy, almost reflective finish, but still touchable. I use it pre-blow-dry, and it essentially acts like a lightweight shield that keeps frizz at bay.
Not a product I would expect to find in The White Company, but it’s brilliant. I’ll spray this on my skin and even lightly through my hair when I want a subtle sheen rather than visible sparkle. It’s that soft-focus finish you notice more in movement than in stillness. The scent leans spa-clean rather than perfume-heavy, which makes it feel like an extension of skincare rather than fragrance. I expect to be using this throughout the summer months
This is one of those targeted K-beauty treatments that feels slightly futuristic in concept but very straightforward in use. I apply it in the evening when my skin looks tired or uneven. After a week or so I noticed my skin had a smoother texture and I looked less tired. I use the 0.3% but it also comes in a ‘starter’ dose of 0.1%.
I’m exosome-obsessed, so it was easy to fall in love with this “radiance insurance” product. I use it when my skin looks flat or depleted, especially during busy weeks. It has that vitamin C brightness effect without feeling aggressive. And the texture sits nicely under SPF and makeup.
This has become my nightly wind-down staple since I had the dreamiest treatment at The Ned spa using this magnesium-rich body butter. I massage it into my feet before bed and it instantly feels calming and grounding. The texture is rich but soothing, with a gentle lavender scent that doesn’t overwhelm. It’s become a little ritual at the end of each day.
It sounds simple, but switching to silk scrunchies genuinely makes me feel like I’m protecting my hair day to day. Less breakage, fewer dents, and a sense that I’m not undoing all the work of my ESPA hair mask. Particularly loving the colour combo of their new padel collection.
