Ask any parent and they’ll tell you that their number one priority is always to allow their child to reach for their dreams. Whether it’s to become an astronaut, scientist or the next Prime Minister, there is one major factor in helping them strive for excellence: choosing the right education for their needs.

This year’s show will see over 250 top independent schools exhibit, ranging from co-ed and single-sex options to day and boarding schools, forming the most comprehensive offering to date.

Head down this November and explore the wealth of opportunities for your child’s future. You will have the opportunity to make key introductions and speak one-on-one with the admissions director and the headteachers of leading independent schools, from pre-prep through to sixth form. It’s a space to learn more and understand how each school can help prepare your child for their educational journey.

Throughout the weekend, heads and key educational experts will be leading London Choices Workshops – popular 15-minute sessions outlining academic requirements, entry tests, admission deadlines and also time for asking your specific questions in a Q&A.

The Think Academy Theatre will also be hosting quick 30-minute briefings to answer all of your burning questions about independent schools, from how to prepare for the intense competition at 11+ to switching between state and independent systems.

The Good Schools Guide Forum allows you to discuss your child’s potential school choices with top GSG experts and schools, while the Bursary & Scholarships Pavilion will give you a chance to find out which schools offer which schemes. Over 20 schools will be taking part in this, including Eton, St Paul’s Girls’, Cheltenham, Millfield, Marlborough, Shiplake, North London Collegiate, St Paul’s, Christ’s Hospital and Alleyn’s.

Whether you’re looking for schools for your first child or wondering if the switch from state to independent is worth it, this is a great chance to start thinking about your child’s educational path. Their future awaits.

The Independent Schools Show takes place on Saturday 11th – Sunday 12th November at Battersea Evolution, London SW8 4NW
