So if you’re still prepping for the weekend and looking for ways to pack it over, we’ve got you covered with our round-up of the best things going on in and around London.

Winter time isn’t easy. The days are short, it’s freezing and there are few ways to spark joy. Here to help you change that is Covent Garden and their exciting positive affirmations campaign. They’ve teamed up with Manchester-based duo Feel Good Club to create ‘Notes To A Stranger’, a campaign that sees 200 envelopes dropped around the estate filled with uplifting quotes on. 

The campaign is running until 14th February, and hopes to spread messages of joy and self love in the run up to Valentine’s Day. The envelopes will be handed to visitors at random throughout the estate, as well as at a number of Covent Garden retailers and restaurants including VASHI, Happy Socks, Sticks’n’Sushi, Free People and Lilly’s Cafe.

Nobody puts Baby in a corner… Dirty Dancing returns to the stage this February for a limited two month run. The stage production returns following two successful West End runs, four UK tours and a handful of exciting international performances.

How well do you know your wines? This weekend, join Eataly as they celebrate the best of Italian wines at their February Wine Festival. 

Sessions are running on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and each one will see you meet Eataly’s team of wine specialists. An exhibition dedicated to the reggae icon has opened up this week, offering Londoners the chance to learn more about the life and times of the celebrated artist. 

Open from 2nd February for ten weeks, Saatchi Gallery’s exhibition will showcase unseen Marley photographs and memorabilia, immersing fans of his work in his lifestyle, passions, influences and enduring legacy. There’ll also be a multi-sensory aspect to the exhibition, with a live listening experience.
