Abel is a fragrance brand disrupting the industry on a quest to make the best 100% natural scent. Using only plant-derived ingredients and the latest in renewable technology, the team at Abel have created a stunning series of juices which are an environmentally-friendly alternative.

‌Choose from the likes of Cobalt Amber, a heady spiced and oriental scent that you’ll love if you’re into the likes of Jo Malone’s Dark Amber & Ginger Lily; Green Cedar, a fresh, woody scent that is reminiscent of Le Labo’s iconic Santal 33; and the sweet, salty and effervescent Cyan Nori, sexy scent that has us dreaming of sun kissed skin and salty sea hair.

‌As well as using responsible dyes and ingredients that won’t pollute the oceans, low-carbon shipping methods, compostable packaging and no plastics throughout the collection, Abel also have a “one in, one out” rule ensuring they don’t let their collections and productions spiral into something that has an unnecessary impact on the environment.

A 100% natural fragrance house, fixated on a better future.

Fanfare

What others see as waste, London-based label, Fanfare, see as a starting point. The brand was founded by Esther Knight who, after over a decade of working as a fashion buying for high-end and high street brands, saw how desperately the industry needed to change in order to protect both the planet and the people who make garments.

‌And so, Fanfare was born, a circular brand that encourages customers to never throw a garment away to end up in landfill, but rather repair, repurpose or pass on. They use responsible fabrics that have been rescued from landfill and given a second chance or innovative sustainable fabrics that have less impact on the plant. Every garment is handcrafted by Fanfare’s own small team in East London or by one of their trusted suppliers just a short distance away, guaranteeing a transparent supply chain.

‌Heroes of the collection include incredible repurposed organic denim in a plethora of shapes, summer-ready linen co-ords and reconstructed knitwear.

Conscious Citizen

Who doesn’t love a cosy trackie when working from home or running errands come the weekend? If you’re in the market for some new comfies but want to shop with a more conscious mindset, check out Conscious Citizen.

Founded by two friends, Maria and Yulia, Conscious Citizen is on a mission to change the mindset of shopping sustainably. They do this through the brand’s circular pillars, that promote everything from being a Concious Citizen and engaging and respecting the environment around you, to encouraging shoppers to repair, resell and recycle before getting rid of garments.‌

The collection is small, naturally, but the pieces are so versatile. Take their grey marl sweatshirt, for example, super cosy and comfy, It’s ideal for WFH days but it also has a great faded acid wash and perfect oversized shape, making it great for pairing with tailored trousers and big chunky hoops for the office.

And, we can confirm, they are amongst some of the comfiest sweats we’ve ever tried.
